of your program working towards meeting your program goals. After each weeks you should expect to perform some testing. The results of these tests will be used to measure your progress along the path to meeting your goals. It's quite possible that you may make more progress with certain muscle groups or exercise than others, or perhaps you have achieved your goals and want to set new goals for yourself. This is also the time when you and your personal trainer can re-evaluate you program milestones and goals and make adjustments as necessary.
