Our personal training programs are designed with you in mind; flexible, rapid and with competitive pricing. Listed below are some of our more popular programs. Time 2 Go! Program

 

This program is an entry level customized program developed to meet specific client needs. After the initial consultation we will perform a personal assessment which we will use to develop your personal program in the ("Assemble" Step 1. The first 2 weeks ("Acquaint" Step 2) will be spent getting you acclimated with the routine and practicing proper exercise techniques. Following this introductory period, we spend the next 4 weeks on executing the program ("Achieve" Step 3), meeting milestones and recording results. This is where you will begin to see change in your body and progress towards your fitness goals. Our plans are offered with maximum flexibility in mind. Both individual and partner rates are available.

 

 

Shape-Shifters Program

 

   Once you have completed the Jump Start Program or if you have significant experience with resistance training, you can then work with your personal trainer throught the "Achieve" Step 3 

   of your program working towards meeting your program goals. After each weeks you should expect to perform some testing. The results of these tests will be used to measure your progress

   along the path to meeting your goals.  It's quite possible that you may make more progress with certain muscle groups or exercise than others, or perhaps you have achieved your goals and

   want to set new goals for yourself. This is also the time when you and your personal trainer can re-evaluate you program milestones and goals and make adjustments as necessary. Once

   again the programs are built with flexibility and affordability in mind with the most popular program being depicted. If you would prefer to commit to longer periods and take advantage of

FLEX Program

 

 

 

Our FLEX program is designed with maximum flexibility in mind. Essentially you pay as you go with no long term commitment. Some clients prefer working out on their own but want to occasionally work out with a personal trainer to help gauge how they are doing. Other clients prefer to come in to get a periodic assessment performed. There are clients who want to work with a trainer to develop a plan that they execute at home or at a club. This plan allows you to simply schedule an appointment when you want and when you can.
